Questions about the family plan

Can members see my transactions, or can I see theirs?

No. Each account is completely private — the family plan shares the bill, not the data.

What happens if I cancel the subscription?

All members lose Pro access at the same time as you, unless one of them has their own separate active individual subscription.

Can I change the number of members later?

Yes. You can adjust the quantity from the Stripe Dashboard or ask us for help with the change — the seat count updates automatically on your account as soon as it's confirmed.

Do I need each family member's email to sign them up?

Yes, plus a password for their account — you set it when creating it, and each of them can change it later from their own dashboard.
